Government Inter College Deoria or GIC Deoria is a college in the Deoria district, Uttar Pradesh, India. Established in 1912 as King Edward High School, the school provides a common education programme for the children of central government, defence, and military personnel.
It is 2 km (1.2 mi) away from the Deoria Railway Station and 2.9 km (1.8 mi) away from the Deoria Bus Stand. The old name of this college was King Edward High School. It was established on 8 October 1912.
Its current principal is Mr. Ram Kinkar. There are hostels here and there is also two bicycle stands.

Principal Message
Education is a passage to freedom from the shackles of ignorance. Every child is like a seed which has the potential to grow if it is nourished with love and care under the right guidance. We are committed to provide a healthy environment where each and every student is understood, valued and attended too. Our students are provided with the state of art facilities like well equipped science laboratory, Computer laboratory and audio-visual room. Care is taken to build the character of the pupils and to inspire them with love of morals, to train them to be gentle, to acquire the habits of cleanliness, to cultivate good manners and to prepare them to be worthy citizens of India. My message to the Principal, teaching Staff Students and esteemed parents is to dedicate this year to a correct understanding of what education really means and let us all benefit from this understanding.
